In the roles of organizational advisor, process facilitator, and mediator, I enjoy working on complex organizational issues. Solving crisis situations also interests me.

I focus on a good mix of involvement, enthusiasm, connection, and focus on process and results. I strongly believe in the coherence between strategy, people, resources, and processes to get the best out of people organizations.

For mediating conflicts within and between organizations, I am also available as an (Mfn-registered) mediator.
