Time and again, I am curious and simultaneously moved by the undercurrents in the collaboration among all those wonderful people regarding structure, processes, and behavior.

Then, I confidently deploy the necessary interventions because I know they will really work: often a combination of structure, processes, people, and IT. I also describe it as “managing the white spaces”.

Sometimes I provide solutions, and sometimes I deliberately don’t. Sometimes I really push hard amd sometimes a gentle conversation is more than enough.

Lovingly and confrontationally, I help guide teams in the right direction, and each time I am amazed by both the increased productivity and the enhanced happiness of the team members.
