I am proactive and like to set a course that aligns with the bigger picture. I enjoy contributing to satisfied customers, healthy business operations, and job satisfaction.

As a ‘people person’, I get my energy from setting goals and achieving results together with others. I get to the core decisively , set out a clear course, and know how to steadily develop an organization (or part of it) in the right direction through collaboration.

I am just as comfortable at the board table as in a team meeting and know from experience that both are related. In my opinion, a (change) plan is only truly successful if the daily practice positively reflects on it.

I am full of initiative, creative, and have a fresh perspective on challenges. I have thecourage to do what is necessary and do not shy away from complex situations. I see tough issues as my specialty. I like to reflect and learn.
