I love the dynamics between people and organizations. Wanting something together, going for it, and seeing it come to fruition… that’s what gives me energy. How I work:
I quickly get to the core, am solution-oriented and practical. Making yourself feel better without first having to change the environment is what I strive for.
What strikes me is that people often know what the problem is, but still find it difficult to envision the desired situation going forward.
Establishing focus, reversing obstructive patterns, and creating the right mindset are central to my approach.
(Re)connecting people is my passion: with their personal goals (individual coaching), team goals (team coaching), and with what the organization stands for (organizational development).
