For teams that are stuck, this approach often reveals the key to real change. I support neglected teams in regaining perspective and articulating their underlying needs. After intense or disruptive workplace incidents, I advise organizations on peer-to-peer coaching and on how to best support employees during recovery and reflection.

In one-to-one coaching, my particular interests include decision-making, meaning and purpose at work, dealing with mistakes, and achieving a healthy work–life balance.
